Can ferment up to 25% alcohol. From England. Produces ester character that increases with increasing gravity. Malt character dominates at lower gravities.

Flocculation: Medium

Optimum Ferment Temp: 65-69°F (18-20°C)

Alcohol Tolerance: Very High

    Great for Big DIPA, Barleywine, etc

    I've used this yeast on stuck fermentations as well as all the way through a beer. Very neutral profile, ferments VERY aggressively. Have done a starter with this and San Diego Super combined on some of my biggest beers with great results.
